They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Sevenoaks.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

• Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree within architectural technology or another related discipline
• Strong post qualification as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
• Chartered or working towards CIAT Chartership
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
• Job running experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Sevenoaks area
