Location: Liverpool Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We''re looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality design across a range of sectors. This is a great opportunity to lead on projects, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in BIM-led delivery. Are you A qualified Architectural Technologist (MCIAT/ACIAT) or equivalent (HNC/Degree)? Experienced in delivering detailed design using REVIT and BIM? Confident leading projects and supporting junior technicians? Knowledgeable in UK building regulations and construction standards? Experienced across sectors such as education, MOD/MOJ, or blue light? Passionate about sustainable and low carbon design? Do you Produce high-quality drawings and technical information using REVIT? Coordinate and manage BIM information across projects? Support planning applications and statutory approvals? Undertake site visits and contract administration?
