Senior Architectural Technologist

Senior Architectural Technologist job in Manchester with a RIBA Chartered Practice. This role suits an experienced technologist with strong Revit skills and technical delivery experience across residential, education or commercial projects. You will work across all project stages on UK schemes valued from -2m to -30m, within an office-based role offering flexible working hours and a 4.5 day week.

Role & Responsibilities

• Produce technical packages using Revit
• Coordinate drawings across project stages
• Support residential, education and commercial schemes
• Attend meetings and provide technical input
• Ensure UK building regulation compliance

Skills & Experience Required

• UK architectural practice experience
• Advanced Revit knowledge
• Residential, education or commercial project experience
• Strong technical detailing ability
• Clear communication and coordination skills

Salary & Benefits

• -45,000 - -50,000
• Flexible working hours
• 4.5 day working week
• 1pm Friday finish
