Senior Architectural Technician (Contract - Revit Specialist)
Location: Hybrid from London (2-3 days/week)
Rate: -3033 per hour
Contract: 3-month rolling (strong potential to extend)

Interviews will be tomorrow and Friday.

We''re supporting a busy and well-established architectural team with the urgent hire of a Senior Architectural Technician to assist on a major office block project. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong contractor to step into a vital role with high responsibility and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising directly with subcontractors and clients to ensure design practicality

• Producing detailed technical drawings using Revit

• Focusing heavily on glazing components, fittings, and timber frame structures

• Supporting a team currently operating at full capacity

Requirements:

• Proven experience using Revit for high-quality technical detailing

• Strong understanding of structural elements, glazing, and timber construction

• Experience engaging with subcontractors and clients

• Familiarity with InDesign is a bonus

Additional Details:

• Likely to require own PC and software

• IR35 status to be confirmed

• Initial 3-month contract, with high likelihood of extension due to project workload
