Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Lead on healthcare projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects within the healthcare sector would be beneficial
• Job running experience
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to Liverpool
