About the Role

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be a crucial part of the architecture team. This is a fantastic chance for ambitious professionals to engage in projects across various sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Industrial, Heritage, and Leisure.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Design Understanding: A robust knowledge of technical design and construction processes, complemented by proven job-running ability.
• Software Proficiency: Full proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential; candidates should be confident and capable of immediate contribution—training will not be provided.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset, able to perform well under pressure.
• Professional Accreditation: CIAT Chartership is preferred, although those actively pursuing it with substantial UK industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to Professional Standards: A commitment to the CIAT Code of Conduct and a proactive approach to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.
