Senior Architectural Technologist

Overview

This vacancy is straight from the top drawer. It is on behalf of one of our best known architectural clients in Manchester city centre. The practice traditionally works across a wide range of projects including large-scale Retail, High-Rise residential, Commercial workplace and various associated project types throughout Manchester and the UK.Responsibilities

You will join the company in a pivotal, senior technical role and work in close coordination with the Technical team in this office and their regional offices. You will liaise directly with the Directors and partners of the business and work on a diverse and wide range of projects, primarily in the Residential and Commercial sectors.Qualifications

Holding a relevant Architectural qualification.Minimum of 5 years practical experience (UK based preferred).Previous experience working on Residential and/or Commercial projects would be beneficial.Ability using REVIT to a good standard.Excellent technical detailing ability.Knowledge and experience of UK building regulations.Additional Information
