What sets it apart is the employee-ownership model: everyone has a genuine stake in how the business runs, and that shows in how collaborative and supportive the culture is day to day.   What the role involves: Day to day, you'll be developing and coordinating technical design information, setting out what needs to be delivered and by when. You'll take responsibility for seeing packages through to completion — keeping an eye on quality, cost and client satisfaction in equal measure — and act as the go-between across a multi-disciplinary team of consultants and designers.
