The Role

In this Senior Architectural Technologist role, you will be hands-on playing a pivotal role in the delivery of a wide variety of exciting and high-profile projects from day one. Your responsibilities will include:

• Production of high-quality technical drawings and detailed construction documentation
• Ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver outstanding results
• Applying your technical expertise and problem-solving ability to overcome design challenges
• Contributing to a positive, creative and high-performing team environment

Senior Architectural Technologist Requirements

This practice is seeking an ambitious and technically accomplished individual who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to everything they do. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant discipline
• MCIAT accreditation – highly desirable
• A minimum of 8-10 years' experience within the UK Architecture industry
• A strong and established understanding of UK Building Regulations, materials and construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other industry-standard CAD software
• Excellent technical drawing skills and a demonstrable ability to produce detailed construction documentation
• Experience working within the bespoke Residential sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
