Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team on a 6-month contract, supporting technical detailing projects in the prison sector. This role will focus on RIBA Stages 4-5, providing detailed architectural support for the contractor.

Location: Central Manchester (1 day per week in office)
Contract Type: 6-month fixed-term contract
Security Clearance: SC (must be eligible to obtain therefore sole British passport only - dual nationals cannot be considered)
Umbrella Rate: andpound;35-andpound;45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation using Revit.
- Deliver detailed designs for construction projects at RIBA Stages 4-5.
- Collaborate closely with contractors and project teams to ensure designs are effectively translated into detailed, buildable construction documentation.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years'' experience in architectural detailing.
- Strong Revit skills essential.
- Experience in the prison sector is desirable but not essential.
- Eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC) candidates must be sole British passport holders.
