Job Title: Senior Architectural TechnologistSalary: 40,000 - 50,000Location: Leeds

We''re looking for a senior level Architectural Technologist to join the design team of one of the UKs market leading residential care home developers.

The successful candidate will be assisting in the design and development of projects from feasibility stage through to completion. This will include a variety of responsibilities including preparing technical and detailed drawings, attending site meetings and undertaking full building regulation submissions.

This role has great progression opportunities that come with it as we are ideally looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to step up into a Team Leader role once you have settled in.
