Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist Location: Stockport Salary: 40,000 - 45,000We''re recruiting on behalf of an established and award-winning architectural practice, working across residential, education, healthcare, commercial and mixed-use projects, with a particular focus on residential-led schemes for housing associations, local authorities and private developers. This is a well-regarded, design-led practice known for long-term client relationships and repeat commissions rather than one-off jobs.They''re now looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team and take ownership of detailed design and technical delivery across a varied, residential-leaning project portfolio.What you''ll be doing:Leading the detailed design stage and coordinating design information across the project teamDelivering projects using Revit (experience with BIM Level 2 is a plus), with working knowledge of NBSEnsuring designs comply with Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act and other relevant standards, liaising with approving authorities as neededTurning design concepts into workable technical solutions, carrying out risk assessments, and managing design changes through to completionWhat they''re looking for:At least 5 years'' post-qualification experience working within the UKCIAT registration (or an equivalent international qualification)Strong technical detailing and coordination skills, ideally with residential project experienceConfident using Revit and ..... full job details .....
