Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 Location: NewcastleThe Practice Our client is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary architectural practice with a network of design studios across the UK. Known for combining strong design credentials with commercial delivery, the practice works across a broad sector mix including healthcare, industrial and logistics, residential and high-rise, education, and mixed-use, with a project split roughly even between regional and national work.The Opportunity This is an urgent requirement for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join the Newcastle studio, covering an unplanned long term absence within the team. The role offers immediate involvement in a varied and active pipeline, including healthcare, residential, industrial and logistics, and other regional and national schemes.
