Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:Lead the production and coordination of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using Revit and AutoCADOversee the technical delivery of projects, mentoring junior team members while collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and engineers to develop practical design solutionsManage site visits, surveys, and construction inspections, ensuring projects are delivered in line with design intent, Building Regulations, and quality standardsAct as the primary technical contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through to completionQualifications required for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:Extensive proficiency in Revit with the ability to lead BIM coordination across projectsStrong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, ..... full job details .....
