Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative team, supporting the technical delivery of projects from planning through to construction. Key Responsibilities: Preparing Building Regulations submissions and technical documentation. Producing tender packages, working drawings and construction details. Supporting the technical delivery of projects across a variety of sectors. Assisting with project coordination throughout all stages of the design and construction process. Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Maintaining high technical standards and ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations. Supporting project management activities and meeting project deadlines. Contributing to a collaborative team environment and assisting with problem-solving throughout project lifecycles. Experience and Skills Requirements Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. Ideally a minimum of three years'' architectural experience within the UK. Experience working on a range of project types and scales. Good understanding of both refurbishment and new-build projects.
