Prepare accurate, detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projectsCollaborate with architects, consultants, engineers and clients to achieve design and regulatory objectivesEnsure all technical outputs comply with Building Regulations and NHBC requirementsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, supporting their developmentContribute to project and client meetings, offering professional input on technical mattersThe Ideal Candidate Will Have

Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)Several years experience delivering large residential developments for national house buildersStrong technical skills with excellent precision and attention to detailProficiency in CAD and/or BIM software packagesIn-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standardsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectivelyA collaborative, team-focused mindset and excellent communication skillsSeniority level
