Senior Architectural Technician

I am looking for an Senior Architectural Technicians for my architect client on a permanent basis! They have been Established for over 45 years, and have particular expertise in the residential and retirement sectors with their work encompassing masterplanning urban extensions for mixed-use communities, residential scheme development, extra care housing, care homes and retirement villages.The role will involve interpreting client brief and the production of working drawings and technical documents whilst complying to the latest legislation. The senior architectural technician assists with the delegation of projects to technicians and overseas timescales and quality control while liaising with clients and external parties Role requirements:5 years UK based experience working on resi/mixed use projectsExperience in AutoCAD and RevitDriving LicenseSound knowledge of M4 (Cat 2and3 of the NDSSDesire to progress and attend CPD Please send your CV to the relevant email address to find out ..... full job details .....
