Working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, the successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of schemes from design through to construction. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and design-led practice that offers genuine career progression and the chance to work on high-quality projects across the UK.The RoleProduce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.Lead the technical development of projects through RIBA Stages 4-6.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.Prepare technical details, specifications and Building Regulations information.Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and current legislation.Attend site visits and project meetings as required.Support and mentor junior members of the team.Assist in delivering projects to programme and budget.About YouSignificant UK experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.Proficiency in Revit, with AutoCAD experience advantageous.Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.Experience delivering projects across a range of ..... full job details .....
