A forward-thinking, design-led architectural practice is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join its growing Southampton studio. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projects
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers and clients to achieve design and regulatory objectives
• Ensure all technical outputs comply with Building Regulations and NHBC requirements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, supporting their development
• Contribute to project and client meetings, offering professional input on technical matters

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)
• Several years'' experience delivering large residential developments for national house builders
• Strong technical skills with excellent precision and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CAD and/or BIM software packages
• In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• A collaborative, team-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
