With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, the practice is looking for a technically skilled individual to support the successful delivery of projects from detailed design through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team working on a varied portfolio of projects, with clear opportunities for career development.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed technical drawings and comprehensive construction packages using Revit.Lead the technical delivery of projects throughout RIBA Stages 4-6.Coordinate project information with architects, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.Prepare technical details, specifications and Building Regulations documentation.Ensure all technical information complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards.Attend site inspections, design team meetings and client meetings as required.Provide guidance and support to junior members of the technical team.Help deliver projects on time, within budget and to a high technical standard.About YouExtensive UK experience as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.Strong technical expertise with an excellent understanding ..... full job details .....
