This is a key role supporting the delivery of high-quality residential developments across multiple regional businesses. Working at Group level, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining standard house type portfolios, producing technical drawing packages, supporting planning and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations, legislation, and company standards. You will work closely with regional technical teams, consultants, and other departments to drive consistency, quality, and innovation throughout the business.
