We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to play a key role in leading project delivery across a varied portfolio of work. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced technician with strong technical expertise, who is confident producing and reviewing construction information, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and resolving technical challenges through all project stages. You will have the opportunity to contribute to project delivery and play a role in the continued growth of the practice.The role: Senior Architectural TechnicianPrepare and review detailed construction drawings and specificationsEnsure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standardsCoordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary project teamsSupport project managers throughout the full project lifecycleResolve technical design issues and contribute to problem-solvingMaintain high standards of technical documentation and deliveryAbout You:Proven experience as an Architectural TechnicianProficient in Revit and AutoCADStrong understanding of building regulationsExperience coordinating projects with other teams and staffAttention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines Salary: £35,000-£45,000 DOE Benefits include: Medicash health care scheme, company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme and regular ..... full job details .....
