Job description We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician to join our MCI Developments business - part of the Keepmoat group, based from Wigan. It''s a great time to join as we encounter a period of growth for this region. Reporting to the Architectural Manager, the Senior Architectural Technician plays a vital role coordinating all design information between external consultants and internal departments ensuring that all approvals are obtained in a timely manner and that high quality and correct information is issued to other departments. Duties stretch from site feasibility stage throughout the sites development and to completion and handover to the relevant authorities/discharge of obligations.
