The Cardiff location have been instructed on new schemes across residential, ''blue light'' and commercial industries and are looking for a Senior Architectural Technician. You will ''hit the floor running'' from day one where responsibilities will feature. - Full working drawings - Overseeing work of junior members - Running building control ''areas of work'' - Attending site meetings We are keen to hear from applicants who can run multiple projects keeping within timeframes and budgets. You will have an ''eye for detail'' and hold a sound knowledge of the building regs. AutoCAD or REVIT literacy is required.
