Senior Architect

Overview

A design led architectural practice, specialising in high-end residential bespoke architecture, has a vacancy for a Senior Architect. You will be working on homes in affluent areas of North West London, with typical contract values ranging from £1M to £10M. Their design philosophy incorporates light, nature, spatial and sensory elements (neuroarchitecture), to not only create beautiful homes but also to enhance the lives of those who will live there.Responsibilities

Lead design development from inception to completion on high-end residential projects.Maintain total ownership of projects, from concept through to completion, often working around an existing home; some projects start with demolition and a blank canvas.Contribute to design flair and high-quality residential design at Stages 0-3, in line with RIBA Stages.Work within the practice that uses AutoCAD.Qualifications

Strong high-end residential portfolio for one-off homes.Experience across RIBA Stages; emphasis on Stages 0-3.Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects.Benefits
