Senior Architect / Senior Urban Designer

Cross Works is seeking senior architects and senior urban designers to join its growing team in London.

The new recruits will work on large-scale international masterplanning schemes / megaprojects, and assist on architectural projects at a variety of scales and typologies, amongst other types of creative work.The following knowledge and capabilities will be required in order to be shortlisted for an interview:qualified senior architect/ urban designer with at least five years of professional experience (i.e. in practice)excellent design skills with demonstrable experience on projects at multiple scales; experience on larger scale buildings, urban quarters and masterplans will be required for this roleability to lead a whole project, and delegate tasks to junior team membersability and flexibility to work across multiple projects if / when requiredexcellent command of Rhino is absolutely essential; whilst Revit knowledge is usefulability to use Adobe Creative Suite / MS Office is expected as standardparametric design skills are a bonus, whilst knowledge of GIS is beneficial; these are not essential howeverplease note, that AutoCAD / Sketchup / Microstation / Vectorworks / ArchiCAD are not relevant for this particular rolefriendly and conscientious, with strong communication skillsa passion for teamwork and collaborationCompetitive salary, dependent on experience and capabilities.
