Role and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage technical design packages, ensuring clear outputs and deliverables.Oversee and coordinate projects or key packages, delivering high-quality design, client satisfaction, and strong financial outcomes.Liaise and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth coordination of design professionals and stakeholders.Conduct technical design reviews and audits, providing feedback and sharing lessons learned.Mentor and manage up to three team members, while contributing to the practice''s Technical Leadership Group.Required Skills and Experience15+ years of post-qualification experience as a Project Architect or Technologist in a UK-based practice, with RIBA/ARB or CIAT ..... full job details .....
