This is a key hire for the practice and would suit someone confident running multiple projects across all RIBA stages, with a strong balance of design quality and technical delivery.The studio is known for delivering high quality, well thoughtfully designed architecture, including complex and technically demanding schemes. Projects vary in scale and typology and are selected to suit individual strengths, experience and interests.This role offers real influence within a small but growing UK team, backed by a much larger international practice. There is a genuine opportunity to progress toward Associate level, helping to shape projects and support the wider growth of the studio.Role and Responsibilities: Leading and running multiple projects from concept through to deliveryTaking responsibility for design quality, technical coordination and project deliveryManaging project programmes, consultants and internal teamsProducing and overseeing technical drawing packages and design informationActing as a key client-facing contact across projectsSupporting and mentoring junior team membersWorking closely with senior leadership on project strategy and design direction Requirements: ..... full job details .....
