Senior Architect (Residential)

We are representing an AJ100 powerhouse with a prominent office in central Manchester. They are looking for a minimum of 2 new hires to join them and support some new projects within their busy Residential sector. They have a new, high-rise Residential development reaching a key stage in it''s progress. This is a tall building, so they really need someone with experience dealing with and managing similar sized schemes. This role will encompass both design and technical responsibilities. The work will prove challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Key criteria for this Senior Architect hire will include the following: ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect Minimum 5-years post-qualification. Tall buildings (Residential) experience. Strong design and technical skills Excellent communications skills (Written, verbal, presentation). REVIT and AutoCAD proficiency.
