Senior Architect (Residential)

Senior Architect required to join a high-profile design studio in central Manchester. We are looking for someone with experience working in the medium/high-rise Residential sector and proven ability working at a senior level.

This company are one of Manchesters home-grown Architectural specialists. Their office near Deansgate is home to some exceptionally talented Architectural professionals and an inspirational Director with a wealth of experience to offer to the team. They are well connected within the Manchester/North-West region amongst some well-know development groups and on the back of this have a busy pipeline of exciting projects forecast for the coming 12-18 months.

The gap in their current team would be best filled by an experience, Senior Architect. Someone with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification, Architectural experience. Someone that's worked for a design-lead Architectural studio would be ideal and preferably with proven ability using REVIT software. The workload is typically high-rise Residential including Student accommodation, Hotels, PRS schemes and apartment buildings, experience in these areas would be beneficial.

To be considered for this role, the Senior Architect should meet most of the following criteria:

* ARB/RIBA Chartership (Min 5 years experience).
* Proficient using REVIT software.
* Existing experience of Residential design concepts.
* Possess excellent design capabilities and portfolio to match.
* Enthusiastic, driven, committed.

Salary: £42,000-£50,000 per annum.
