Senior ArchitectLocation: LeicesterSalary: 40-48,000A unique opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Architect to join a growing team based in Leicester, delivering bespoke residential projects for clients with disabilities arising from personal injury or clinical negligence.Requirements:Proven experience in a leadership role, including managing and developing a team.Strong residential design ability, combined with excellent attention to detail.A thorough understanding of Building Regulations and Accessible Design.Strong technical design and detailing knowledge.The ability to oversee projects and ensure high-quality procedures and standards are consistently maintained.Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, consultants, solicitors, Planning Authorities and Building Control.Experience using AutoCAD and knowledge of NBS Specification.A practical, proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, with contract administration experience being advantageous.Role:Leading and developing a team while helping to maintain the highest standards of design and project delivery.Taking responsibility for delivering high-quality architectural projects from initial design through to completion.Working on bespoke residential adaptations, rental property adaptations and new-build homes.Managing complex and individual client requirements with a thoughtful and practical problem-solving approach.Liaising confidently with clients, consultants, ..... full job details .....
