Daily Duties

• Leading the design and delivery of complex architectural projects
• Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
• Overseeing project programmes, budgets, and resource planning
• Producing and reviewing design and technical documentation
• Ensuring compliance with UK regulations and quality standards
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Contributing to design reviews, bids, and strategic input

Ideal Candidate

• ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
• Proven track record of leading projects through all RIBA stages
• Strong design and technical delivery skills
• Proficiency in BIM, ideally Revit
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
• Commercial awareness and project management capability
• Passion for high-quality, sustainable design
