The consultancy works closely with residential and mixed-use developers across the UK, supporting projects from site acquisition and feasibility through planning and technical delivery . They have a strong focus on commercially viable, policy-led design and are continuing to grow their in-house architectural capability. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect to take ownership of projects and play a key role in the delivery of residential and mixed-use schemes. You''ll have the opportunity to: Lead projects through RIBA Stages 0-3 , from feasibility and concept design through to planning submission.
