This role suits an ARB-registered architect with strong UK technical delivery experience, particularly across prime residences, heritage assets and sensitive contemporary interventions within historic buildings.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead technical delivery across complex architectural projectsProduce coordinated drawings and construction informationCoordinate multidisciplinary consultants and specialist designersReview RFIs, shop drawings and contractor submissionsChair meetings, inspect sites and manage defectsYou will manage project teams, programmes and technical information while maintaining quality standards. The role also includes client communication, contractor liaison and supporting the commercial performance of projects.Skills and Experience RequiredAt least five years post-Part 3 experienceARB registration and strong UK project experiencePrime residential and listed building refurbishment experienceProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBSStrong knowledge of UK Building RegulationsYou will need detailed construction knowledge, including traditional methods and contemporary interventions within sensitive historic settings.
