Senior Architect

Your new companyHays are working with a small, design-focused practice delivering bespoke residential and commercial projects across the North West. In what will be a key hire for the business, they''re looking to appoint a Senior Architect who can take ownership of projects, manage client relationships and support the next stage of growth.The role offers a high degree of autonomy, direct client exposure and a clear route towards Associate level over time. You''ll work across a varied portfolio of high-end residential projects, including extensions, remodels and full property transformations, alongside a growing volume of commercial and developer-led schemes.Whilst residential projects continue to form a significant proportion of the workload, the practice is looking to grow its commercial portfolio over the coming years and sees this appointment as a key part of that strategy.Your new roleVery much a client-facing role with real creative freedomLead projects from intal survey through planning and technical designProduce planning and building warrant packages using RevitManage client relationships and act as a trusted day-to-day contactCoordinate consultants and contribute to project delivery strategyContribute to the continued development and expansion of the business, acting as a mentor to junior staff as the practice growsWhat you''ll need to succeedARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years'' post part 3 experience Strong Revit capabilities with experience ..... full job details .....
