Responsibilities of the Senior Architect:

• Develop detailed designs for data centres tailored to end-user requirements
• Lead projects through all stages, from masterplanning to completion
• Support and strengthen a well-established pipeline of upcoming work
• Undertake site inspections to ensure high-quality standards are met

Required skills and experience for the Senior Architect:

• ARB registered Architect
• Extensive post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
• Strong Revit skills
• Proven track record in leading data centre projects
• Previous industrial sector experience (advantageous)
• Experience managing and mentoring small teams
• Excellent design and technical drawing capabilities
• Strong attention to detail with effective communication and organisational skills
• Based within a reasonable commuting distance of London
