Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
• Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
• Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• ARB-registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience
• In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Confidence managing projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA stages
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
• A design-led mindset paired with excellent technical expertise
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams effectively
