This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who offer expert design services to high-profile projects. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team based in Stockport.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:

• Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulations, planning and technical information
• Produce design solutions and construction packages
• Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect include:

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
• Experience working on high-risk buildings would be desirable
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
