Senior Architect (Contract) High-Rise Residential

Senior Architects required to join a busy Architectural and multi-disciplinary studio in central Manchester on a 6-month Contract basis. Would you like to join one of the most recognisable names in Construction and Architecture? This is the opportunity to do just that. We are representing an AJ100 powerhouse with a prominent office in central Manchester. They are looking for a minimum of 2 new hires to join them and support some new projects within their busy Residential sector. They have a new, high-rise Residential development reaching a key stage in it''s progress. This is a tall building, so they really need someone with experience dealing with and managing similar sized schemes. This role will encompass both design and technical responsibilities. The work will prove challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Key criteria for this Senior Architect hire will include the following: ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect Minimum 5-years post-qualification. Tall buildings (Residential) experience. Strong design and technical skills Excellent communications skills (Written, verbal, presentation). REVIT and AutoCAD proficiency. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements can be offered.
