As a Senior Architect, you\''ll use your advanced design, technical, and leadership skills to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest possible standard, on time and within budget.We are looking for an ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect with a minimum of 5 years\'' UK experience post qualification, who is passionate about sustainable design and UK best practice. You\''ll also have advanced 3D capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals.Revit experience is essential!Responsibilities

Strong design and technical detailing skills and leadership qualitiesOutstanding communication skillsExperience in preparing technical drawings packages and specificationsProviding a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlinesManaging planning applications and Building RegulationsInspection of building work on siteKnowledge of UK best practice standardsDevelop customer relationships to find additional opportunities to address their challengesAssist in business developmentQualifications
