The company are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their dynamic team and design transformative facilities for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across the UK and Europe. This is your chance to leverage your architectural expertise to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Architect include the following: Develop preliminary architectural designs and manage all phases of the architectural process. Collaborate on a variety of design types, producing drawings, specifications, presentations, and documentation to solve design challenges. Ensure all project specifications meet quality standards, are compliant with regulatory agencies, and are delivered punctually. Create comprehensive Workplans, estimating hours and deliverables necessary for design tasks. Interact with clients to clarify scope and design intent, while conducting research on equipment selections as needed. Utilise Revit for developing architectural solutions in line with BIM/CAD standards, create renderings, and tackle special projects as assigned.
