You'll take ownership of design development and coordination across a varied portfolio of education projects, from early feasibility and briefing through to technical design and construction. You'll be expected to strike the right balance between design quality, functionality, sustainability, regulatory compliance and buildability, so every scheme delivers against the brief. Day to day, you'll lead and contribute to design reviews and stakeholder workshops, carry out accommodation analysis, develop options and support planning submissions, while coordinating architectural information with the wider project team.
