Senior Architect – Glasgow (Summer/Autumn 2026)

Conrad Consulting are delighted to present a new opportunity for a Senior Architect to join a highly respected, design-focused Architectural practice based in the heart of Glasgow. This role is ideally suited to someone with 5–10 years post-qualification experience, though strong applicants outside this range will also be considered.

This award-winning studio continues to expand its Glasgow presence following a surge in newly commissioned projects across the city and wider region. As part of this growth, they are seeking a confident, capable Senior Architect to take ownership of projects and work closely with the Associate and Director-level team.

You will step into a senior position from day one — managing your own schemes, contributing to design direction, and gradually progressing towards greater autonomy and more complex project responsibilities.

• ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect, ideally with 5–10 years post-qualification experience

• Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD

• Solid technical capability and confidence delivering projects

• Experience within Education, Commercial, Residential or similar sectors

• Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable working independently or within a collaborative team structure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Clear progression opportunities exist, with the potential to move into a more senior role upon successful delivery of upcoming project phases.

£42,000 – £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
