This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning design intent into well-coordinated technical information and seeing projects through construction. You will lead work from technical design and statutory approvals through to completion, working directly with clients, consultants and contractors. The role Run projects through RIBA Stages 4–6, managing programmes, technical decisions and day-to-day communication with the wider project team. Lead the preparation of technical drawing packages, construction details and NBS specifications. Coordinate Building Regulations submissions, the discharge of planning conditions, fire strategy information and relevant duty-holder requirements. Chair or attend design team and site meetings, coordinate consultant information and resolve technical issues as they arise.
