Senior Architect

Our client, a well-established multidisciplinary design practice, is looking for a Senior Architect with a strong Education sector background covering different frameworks to join their growing Education team in Bristol. You''ll take ownership of design development and coordination across a varied portfolio of education projects, from early feasibility and briefing through to technical design and construction. You''ll be expected to strike the right balance between design quality, functionality, sustainability, regulatory compliance and buildability, so every scheme delivers against the brief. Day to day, you''ll lead and contribute to design reviews and stakeholder workshops, carry out accommodation analysis, develop options and support planning submissions, while coordinating architectural information with the wider project team. You''ll also help strengthen the practice''s reputation in the education market and its ability to win new work, networking across the sector and getting involved with the developing relationships across the region This is a key hire within an expanding education portfolio, with clear opportunities for professional development and a route towards Associate level.
