Senior Architect

A well-established, award-winning Architectural Practice is looking to appoint a Senior Architect with fantastic design ability to join their talented team based in Milton Keynes.The successful Senior Architect will assist in the continued growth and profitability of the practice who employ 60+ staff across five national offices. They pride themselves on their commitment to sustainability, health and well-being, both in design and creating a healthy environment within which to work, they are testament to offering their people a great work and life balance.They also have a truly varied and diverse portfolio of project work that is both challenging and design focused - in areas such as Education, Commercial and Industrial, Healthcare, Leisure and Arts, Residential and Sports / Recreational spaces.Role and Responsibilities of the Senior Architect:Management of day-to day delivery of projects, working in collaboration with the team.Production of planning and construction drawing packages - drawings, schedules and specifications.Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and internal team.Attend regular CPD events and stay up-to-date with technical and legislative developments in the industry.Assist with, and where appropriate, lead on bids.Undertake 3rd party technical checks and contributing to design ..... full job details .....
