An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architect to join a leading architectural practice delivering high-profile commercial office fit-out projects across London.

This Senior Architect role is ideal for an ARB-registered architect with strong technical delivery experience who enjoys leading projects through the construction phase, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working closely with contractors to deliver high-quality commercial developments.

The successful Senior Architect will play a key role in delivering fast-paced office fit-out projects across RIBA Stages 4-6, taking ownership of technical coordination, resolving site challenges and ensuring successful project delivery from detailed design through to completion.

The Role

As a Senior Architect, you''ll be involved in:

• Leading the delivery of commercial office fit-out projects across RIBA Stages 4-6
• Producing and reviewing detailed technical design packages using Revit
• Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams throughout project delivery
• Working closely with main contractors and specialist subcontractors
• Managing technical queries, RFIs and site design issues
• Attending design team meetings, site inspections and project workshops
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and technical standards
• Supporting project delivery through construction and final handover
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders

This Senior Architect position offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial fit-out projects within a collaborative and technically focused environment.

What They''re Looking For

• Experience working as a Senior Architect within a UK architectural practice
• ARB Registered Architect
• Minimum five years'' post-qualification experience
• Strong Revit capability
• Experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects
• Proven experience across RIBA Stages 4-6
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work closely with contractors and specialist subcontractors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience delivering CAT A or CAT B office fit-out projects would be highly advantageous.
