A Senior Architect is required for an award-winning, employee-owned architectural practice with an established reputation for delivering large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation developments across the UK and Ireland for their office in Edinburgh. The practice actively encourages employees to influence the direction of the company, develop new ideas and services, and play an important role in shaping the future of both the practice and its projects.Senior Architect Job OverviewLead the technical delivery of large-scale residential, hotel, and student accommodation projects.Manage projects through key RIBA stages, with a strong focus on Stage 4 technical delivery.Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.Prepare and review detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and relevant industry standards.Attend client, design team, and site meetings throughout project delivery.Support ..... full job details .....
