This forward-thinking studio is passionate about crafting spaces that positively impact the people and communities they serve.With a busy and varied project pipeline ahead, their growing portfolio spans Residential, Leisure, Retail, Education, and Healthcare sectors.Key responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion, with a particular focus on residential schemes.Develop and coordinate high-quality planning and construction packages.Oversee design development, statutory approvals, and on-site delivery.Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive project success.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, encouraging design and technical excellence.Work closely with an experienced team in a collaborative and inclusive environment.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK planning policy and building regulations.Key requirements for this Senior Architect role:ARB registered with a recognised architectural qualification.A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in UK-based practices.Demonstrable experience leading medium to large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.Skilled in managing RIBA work stages and delivering high-quality ..... full job details .....
