Specialising in Healthcare Architecture, this award-winning practice has built an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative projects across the NHS and private healthcare sectors, including hospitals, mental health facilities, primary care centres and specialist healthcare environments.Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect who can take a leading role across a range of Healthcare projects, oversee project delivery and contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:Lead the design and delivery of complex Healthcare projects across multiple RIBA work stagesTake responsibility for the day-to-day management and progression of projects, ensuring they are delivered to programme, budget and quality standardsLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff, consultants, contractors and specialist stakeholdersProduce and review detailed technical information and coordinated BIM models using RevitOversee planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and technical design packagesWork closely with NHS Trusts, clients and key stakeholders, attending meetings, design workshops and site visitsEnsure projects comply with ..... full job details .....
